Have to say credit to the young Salford lads who re standing up to St’s as best they can. But and a big but it really is an embarrassment on national TV caused by Salfords hissy fit.

Salford bringing the game into disrepute and should be docked points. As for the cup draw, we were never going to win it so better to go out early and have a few weekends off

They thought they could chop and change players every week under that but it was stipulated that they had to name the players they were to use this season to meet that requirement and stick to it until the terms of their 'take over' were complete and ratified by the RFL when they would return to the full cap allocation. They tried to change the players from last weeks cap allocated players and when they couldn't the toys came out of the pram big style. Some Media in Australia doubting if the take over will go through although British press pretty confident it will. They need sanctioning though in my opinion and perhaps some points docked because tonight was a massive turn off for all the prospective new fans who were no doubt turning off their TV's in droves. I bet the BBC were not best pleased. Their kids tried but really!!! For me it's pretty despicable behaviour.

I’m no fan of Lakin but think what he’s said about Salford and what they’ve done is on the money. Seems that he isn’t the only CEO of a SL club that’s not happy and rightly so.

well having watched all the games thus far things are predictably clunky throughout (Except for Saints who were a different case) and I don't think we did too badly. Even Warrington didn't really fire and so I don't think we did too badly really. It's early days but although we struggled for field position when we got some ball our spine seemed to work pretty well. I had a a tad dodgy picture on Sky + in the first half against the Cats, which I put down to the syndicated pictures but otherwise all other games on Sky + have been fine. Oh and well done goole great victory and a hat trick fr Jamie Shaul.

Correct mi if I’m wrong with Salford….the cap atm is £1.2m….so they could play 11 first team players if they earn £100,000 each the make up the other £100,000 with reserves?….if that’s the case then they have royally taken the pi££ and Rowley has exposed the youngsters to that…I hope they royally get shafte

The Leeds/Wakefield game on Saturday was fine except it froze a couple of times during the second half (for a 2-3 minutes). First half this afternoon seemed ok also, didn't see the second half. From what I've seen so far of the service (both football and rugby) it's a bit of a hit and miss affair regarding picture quality and feed.
