According to YEP, Chase will not be allowed to move to another ESL club. - only a lucrative move to the NRL will be allowed.
Personally, I doubt a NRL club will pay a fee, however his visa to stay in the UK,is due for renewal in November this year..which is debatable if it will be approved.

They would sell him to another SL club if the offer is right rather than risk losing him to an NRL club for nothing (which I think will happen), if he can get a Visa to play for another club is the major question.

Would pay a big fee for Chase (Visa permitting of course) or Dobson...both Cas and Rovers are skint and can't turn big money down no matter how much it would pain them to sell.
