Long term yes. Next season we have Long and Horne contracted so we have the option to move things about a bit. Then spend Longs wage and some of Hornes on a top class 7 and the rest of Hornes wage on a hooker to spell Houghton.

Hmm not so sure. He tackled well and reminded me of Sam Tomkin the way he ran the ball, quick, good step and strong. However he displayed no real handling skills or kicking game. Definately looks like a running 6 rather than an organiser.

I doubt on field performance will make much difference to their application. In fact a decent wedge of cash from a transfer would probably be more beneficial to their franchise bid.

You could say we need a few positions cover, fullback, halfbacks, props I wouldn't worry with hooker....as some teams cover with there 3rd halfback. And wi still have Berro so no need for money on a hooker unless he's called brough or Robinson!

I hope berro does play centre...I know he has his critics on here but following a broken collarbone I think he has recovered well and looked good at centre of late. And the winger gets quality ball instead of chasing bombs and grubbers.

I have been a critic but I agree he looks very good at centre and has been playing well of late, I will be more than happy if he can keep this standard next season.

I agree with Berro at , with Sharp outside him next season he will make him some tries for him I am sure.

Would need some more cover for Houghton as he cannot play 80 mins every game but maybe Washbrook can do that.

I've also heard that Cooke has signed a 1 year deal and Tansey going to Salford.
