Brett's not having a good time of it at the moment, hope his is going to be OK.

There where seventeen players on duty Saturday night, one was not the cause of it. I just welcomed back season 2009/2010/2011 &2012 and look forward to re-visiting them again anytime soon. The problem we have is not enough options in attack and with what we have there will be no improvement long term just odd matches. Some of our players are becoming a liability and to be frank I wonder how the heck we sighed them


I hope Brett is alright and makes a full recovery soon, its just not happening for the guy at the moment

So, because Seymour is 'struggling', it's ok for you to imply that he has a mental health problem? And anyone who doesn't accept this implication is ignorant?

You also said that it was 'obvious' that he'd been mis-managed, and that he wouldn't be 'in the mess' he's in had he not been. That is just idle speculation. For a start, we don't know that he was 'in a mess' prior to his car crash, just that he wasn't playing at all well. And unless you are privy to the inner-workings of the club - unless you have been present for every conversation between PG/AP and Seymour -it is far from 'obvious' what has transpired.

Pleased he's able to be released from hospital - some of the rumours flying around about his injuries were pretty scary.

blah blah blah , lighten up, i was right he wont be playing for us again, placed on leave, best thing for all concerned.

Glad he's OK and no one else involved/hurt.

I do think some people need to take a long look at themselves.

An FC player has been in hospital after an accident and people are speculating all sorts.

Leave it alone and hope he gets better and leave it at that, we do not know and we are not likely to either

First and foremost I'm glad there were no serious injuries to him or anyone else.

I've been driving for 20 years and drive for a living and can assure any doubters that too hit 2 parked cars AND flip the car over, you need to be moving at a fair pace, and more than likely not in control, whether that due to be lack of sleep or anything else.

He is obviously a tortured soul and somewhere along the way lost his way and never made the made out of what was obvious talent once upon a time.

Moving forward from a pure rugby and Hull FC perspective this may result in FC terminating his contract, and sad as it may have come about is better for the club. He should never have been given a 3 year deal in the first place IMO.

I hope Brett can still have a career, and wish him no harm, but he isnt good enough for FC and is better off our books, and if this has to be the catalyst for that, then so be it.
