If you think Lovegrove wouldn't be a cack replacement for either Mos or Ogre, then that is laughable.

Lovegrove has been far better value for money than O'Meley this season. I love Ogre, but he's very injury-prone these days?

There's no way Lovegrove is an equal or better replacement for Ogre.

Like for like, I completely agree. But 20+ rounds of Lovegrove doing long stints or 10 rounds of Ogre doing 40 minutes? I'd see him more as a replacement for someone like Aspinwall tbh.

I can't think who could replace him tbh mate, no one in SL anyway. Some of his hits and defence this year have been quality. Brutal even.

Not if O'Meley is fully fit, unfortunately he's missed more games than he's played this season.

I see what your saying about the game time, but we have to look to replace either equal or better to progress. I don't think Lovegrove could fill that hole. Maybe for Aspy, sinificantly younger, but he has impressed this year too.

Been far from ideal this season. Hopefully he will have a clean bill of health for the second half of the season.

Only two players i want from Rovers are Watts and Taylor. The rest are sh-ite!

I don't get all this hype around Watts. He had a good season a couple of years back but has been pretty average since then.

Mcdonnell and Lovegrove i've been told. Already signed for next season. Rovers offered Lovegrove a hell of a lot less than he is on now



Watts seems like a penalty machine to me so despite been good at offloads i wouldn't touch him. Taylor i would probably sign as he seems the better prospect now.

Watts is as good as signed, he's lost his way at Rovers after his 'incident' with cockend. A move away can see him get back to his early promise.
Johnson from Wakey is still a good move, IMO. Have we forgot who's coaching him this season?

Wouldn't be happy with McDonnell, although it would show how hard it is to sign good quality full backs or halfs.

I rate Watts and would be happy for him to replace O'Meley, not to bothered about Johnson.

Lovegrove is a good player, but i'm not sure where he'd fit in with us, i'd prefer to sign Walmsley.

If Moa leaves we'd have to spend big to replace him but I wouldn't be to keen on Brett Kite.

you may well have signed both but lovegrove was telling everybody after the game on sunday that he's not had any offer off rovers or anybody else yet for that matter.

I'd take Lovegrove decent hard working player to replace O'Meley, Kite to replace Moa, Arundel to replace Turner and Ellis is already replacing Manu which IMO is two to three better replacements.
