Don't think that says too much, personally. ATEOTD, Richard Agar is picking their team, so being in it or not is not necessarily a reflection of whether or not you should be. There are a fair few on their board who don't understand why he is being left out.

I know, I meant if they thought he was worth 2 years they would have made the offer for that. Nowhere near the player who first came over IMO.

Fullback looks to be a position that will have a few clubs scrapping for players, rather than commit to someone like Webb because there's no better options I'd rather we try and get halfback sorted and look at fullback next year.

Arundal over Shenton for me, Shentons a good defensive centre, but lacks skills in attack, Arundal is younger, cheaper and has good potential.

Webb, no thanks, no where near as good as he use to be and getting on a bit now.

Stick with Horne and sign a stand off and make a bid for Russell.

Young British players are the way forward IMO.

Arundel deal has been done for a while, news was supposed to be released this week confirming the signing and ellis going the other way, not sure why this has been delayed - could be to do with gentle returning to australia

Arundel is good defensively, If you have people who can tackle inside him. He has the ability to finish a chance off too.

Shenton isn't bad. He is a top quality player, Just one who has been hit by injuries.

'Excellent with ball in hand, creative and working great as a third ball handler'..........Excellent ball in hand with his finishing.....Creative with boot, thinks outside the box....Third ball handler, a bit like Billy Slater, links up well with the halves in the set plays... So no, there not the same but said differently.

Not particularly, and certainly not one of the stand out aspects of his game. There are a lot better kickers than Tomkins at Wigan, never mind the rest of SL.

Well, of course. As any half-decent full back should. He's not noticeably better in this department than other top full backs in the game, however.

He's brilliant as a broken field runner and good at everything else. He's not head and shoulders above everyone else in the league. You need to stop listening to Eddie and Stevo cracking one off over him every week.

Even if he just passes the ball Eddie tries to tell us it was a "brilliant" pass. If he knocked on with the line at his mercy, they'd probably try to convince us that was world class too. Some people are gullible enough to get sucked in to all the hype, some watch the games for themselves.

Have to agree, and he is nowhere near the player Gregory, Edwards or Hanley were for Wigan.
