On Long, I watched the replay on the Sat Sky game in slo-mo and it's pretty clear that he leads with a forearm/elbow. Childs picked him straight away, so no complaints really.

Long was walking before Chlds even got his card out, a terrible forearm, had the referee controlled the game better it wouldn't have happened, glad it didn't result in an injury for the Castleford player.
