Just had a look at the ladder, its so tight this season, only 4 points between 8th and bottom, and the teams 14th and 15th (Wests and Cowboys) have 2 of the best players in the World. It's the depth of the league that makes the NRL better than Super League IMO.

Edrik Lee looks quite handy on the wing for the raiders , Another good find for them.

He's ridiculously big, hardly has to put any effort into his stride when he sprints either.

Broncos been poor, some shocking plays in defence, but that score on half time means they're just about still in the game.

I've got the Bronco's game from last week still to watch , They got a bit of a touch up in that game also I hear.

Read that in the office this morning. He didn't play too badly for the Cutters, but something has to give soon as he doesn't want to be in the lower levels for too much longer.

Think he'll go to Salford, but not sure how long his visa will take??

Interviewed on an NRL chat show last night Sam Burgess said he, his brothers and his mum were all applying for Australian citizenship. Said he had no intention of returning to the UK to work or live post NRL. Asked who he would play for in the Origin matches he said NSW. Not asked whether he would choose Australia over England in International matches.

In a mock citizenship "test" he was asked who discovered Australia. Sam replied Christopher Columbus!

Since its only 'til the end of the season you'd think Saints or Leeds would be the favourites to sign him, with the injury to McGuire and Saints not having a half once O'Brien goes back to Warrington.

Hope it pans out and he comes across for a few games.

Seven days, and you can go back and watch any game since the start of the season if you're willing to pay an extra £1 per month (as a subscriber to the TV channel). It's a brilliant service really, free for me (as a subscriber) and with AirPlay and Apple TV I don't have to pay for multi room.

Info from the St George club is that they will block any move for Soward to head for the Super League.
