We've not received our disabled parking passes yet either. We usually get a letter Nov/Dec asking if we still want the bay, then early/mid Jan we get a phone call to say they are ready for collection. Not heard a thing as of today, 5 days before the first home game. When I rang a couple of weeks ago the club said they were waiting for the SMC to hand them over. Lets see what they say today, but it really isn't good enough, especially for disabled people who can sometimes struggle to get to the stadium for a game, let alone have to come twice in the week, once to pick the pass up and then the game itself.
Pass still not arrived as promised previously. Now they are telling me that I’ve to ring back tomorrow, Wed 5th, if not there they’ll have to print me a new one. Promise I’ll have by Friday
