I'm only guessing, but I believe that they train as hard as any other team.

I simply believe that the focus of this training is in the wrong areas.

It's similar to how they play. They seem to work hard but come up with nothing time and again.

When Fitz , O'Meley , Long etc said Agar and his vision were the reason they'd signed it became absolutely clear to me that the guy is a hypnotist!! It's more like The Matrix, the machines are the board, kath is the controller, Rule is Smith and Neo is the fans. Not sure who the Oracle and Morpheus could be though?
