I dont think any club has specialist coaches do they?
Most clubs will let players do extras for as long as they want prior and and following sessions where they will work on kicking if they are kickers, ruck plays if they are forwards, tackle tech etc, any weakness they may have in their game.
Once the session starts it will probably be group rotations, perhaps 2 or 3 small groups with different coaching staff then swapping over followed by team work.
If a Head Coach feels his side need specifics then he will bring in someone from outside, a sprint coach for the backs or a wrestling coach for the forwards for example.
That is how most clubs operate anyway, not sure about London Skolors, I think they train in the dark with a water melon.
