Not a big hit but enough to make their head whip back.
And he has been warned about doing it before so got tge maximum.

He grabbed a player round the waist which was fine but then allowed his body to fall/swing across into the attackers legs. This type of tackle could result in severe injury to players legs/knees/ankles.
