| Manage to complete a game without picking up a serious injury?
Amazed if we did especially as wins seem to be really costly injury wise.

We had one injury To one of our players unfortunately.
Shaun Kenny-Dowall’s pride.
Shame because he put Arona in for a stormer.

| Eaves came off with a head injury.
As he was stumbling around I reckon they'll say he can't play next week.

He came on at the end of the game to applaud the fans. He looked fine but I don’t suppose we will find out until later in the week.

He still looked a bit dazed to me when he came up to the North stand but Joe W was there looking after him and helping him round with what I imagine were a few words of experience & wisdom

| Is it me or do we seem to be attracting more than our fair share of head related injuries.
I dunno who's still out besides TJ and Hampshire but it feels like an overly common occurrence lately.
Mebbe they're just making more of a hoohaa on field these days with head assessments and wotnot, I dunno

Yes we do yet oddly we don’t seem to attract anything like the number of penalties we deserve in our favour due to them.
I almost felt for Simms as most refs have allowed far worse committed against us to go totally unpunished.

Not always a fan of following the Aussies with everything they do but, on the head injury situation, we definitely should.
Ok, it would lead to a few messy weeks, with "too many" players getting binned but, that has to be a price worth paying and it would settle down very, very quickly.

To be honest it feels like every game I watch including the NRL has a number of incidents involving the head. Can't ever remember it being so frequent

| Wasn't it Victor (the Inflictor) Radley who got sin-binned twice and put on report 4 times for the Roosters this weekend ???
I haven't seen the game, so can't comment on any of the incidents, and whilst we all agree that player welfare should always be paramount, surely that is making a mockery of the game ???

There has been some very dubious calls over the last couple of weeks in the NRL. It’s like any new rule that’s brought into the game, at first its over the top then eases off (hopefully) to a happy medium. With them having the bunker over there too, should make the process a lot easier. Radley has been made a scape goat, he’s an aggressive enforcer who obviously plays the game hard. He put a dodgy late hit on Albert Kelly (where’s he come from) and a shoulder to the head of Pengai Jr. I’d give my right nut to see Radley in a Trinity shirt!!

Has to be said that Pengai had been battering the little number 7 all game so Victor the inflictor gave him a bit of his own medicine to which he’s now suffered at the hands of the new rules . Have to say Watching the Aussie game it looked nothing out of the ordinary to what has been allowed in their games until this new rule change ,which according to Phil Gould is because of barristers and legal teams are breathing down the necks of the games hierarchy to clean the head high shots up before they get hit with huge law suits ,on the players welfare front

| Just hope it doesn’t filter into the WC at the end of the year. It could potentially ruin this if the NRL based refs take the same stance.

Think it will cripple their game as well in the long run if they don’t get it sorted ,head high I’m 100% against and no place in our game for it ,but looking at the games in Aus anywhere high on the torso is risking it and will do away with gang tackles and the like ,with only the legs and abdomen deemed a safe tackle . I’m all for player welfare and hate to see the cheap shots on players as it’s tough enough but if this gains momentum it will almost turn our game into touch n pass or tag rugby ,then we’ll find it hard to get fans interested in the game of RL
