It’s the only game that day so why when we are the home team are we not playing at Belle Vue. I know crowds are not allowed but there are other advantages to playing at your home ground.

Suppose it’s easier to set up the Sky cameras there than at BV.

Do the host clubs get some kind of pay out when their ground is used (I cant see any club staging fixtures for nowt) and if so, are we missing out (again).
I know that BV isn't a state of the art modern ground but, I dont think that covid can differentiate between new and old and tbf, BV isnt being used for any other sports, which you would assume would increase the risk of infection (Huddersfield will be used for football at some point).
Having said that, we've been doing ok over there in recent games, lets just hopw for a "W".

Potentially there could be football on that evening.

Probably also easier to work within covid restriction requirements regarding team segregation type stuff. Would guess it costs these clubs something to open the stadiums so if they may well get a payment to balance the books?

Not on sky as its not a scheduled super league round it's challenge cup weekend its been offered on our league app season ticket holders only you have to email the club for a code to watch the game it should be our home game but belle vue not been cleared yet to host games according to club website but John smiths stadium as so we've agreed with hudds to play it there so when crowds are allowed back and can use belle vue we could play what should be there home game at our place instead then I suppose

If we are not on Sky why play at 1500 hrs which is not very considerate towards the supporters.

It is a strange one. I thought maybe it was to make sure anyone failing a head test could play the following week? but we play Friday night, so 8 days?
There'll be a reason somewhere, are the soccerball playing Saturday? 48 hours before that?

I think because it’s also challenge cup weekend we can’t broadcast a Superleague match on same days as well. Friday and Saturday are cup so Thursday is the alternative solution but the time is bizarre to say the least

Even though Shuds are just managing to lose games, they have a scrum half/ half back organising their plays and at the risk of my post being invisible as normal, we don't have one so will again struggle to win, again.
