No pal another bloody building ,this has come from a newcold driver yesterday

Council will show their true colours if they allow planning permission to be passed. Which it will, ofcourse.

Newcold have gained a few new contracts lately & plus maybe others to come in which they will need more Coldstore Building space up there.

Yes we are looking at using Newcold for our stock but they haven't enough drivers and Trailers atm but there trying to get them.

Does extra buildings need planning permission and if so can it be protested?

If it's a new building and not part of the original consent as was the extension then it will require a new consent.

So it's a third cold store or is the one they are building now just considered an extension. They are certainly building something right now, I thought that was it - how many do they need. I assume it's part of the trigger point which is good I think but tbh I've lost trackicon_sad.gif

I feel just awful for shouting down those poor Residents against Newmarket lot. Imagine that monstrosity being built over your garden.

Indeed, although, there want anything in the original scheme that would have been that high.

The "extension" that is under way at the moment looks to just about double the size of the white box.

Yes indeed, and remember the stadium/ Newcold 1 had to go to Eric to get approval! And that was nowhere near as bad as this. It's a bent world.

Newcold including the extension that is under construction were excluded from the 60,000m2 trigger so the clock is at zero.

Whether any further development contributes to the trigger is very much down to how the Council decides to deal with the application.

Why the hell would any Wakefield fan check out Big stupid Alf's posts ? We are simply not bothered if he's got information of any sort.

It's quite scary how he and his followers consume themselves in Wakefield's plight for a community stadium.
