how do you post a photo onto the forum as part of a post
when posting a topic you have the image option of (img) (/img) and i presume you add a link between the brackets, but i can't seem to be able to paste a photo from out of my own directories
do i have to use a photo hosting site to upload the photo and if so how to i do that.
or is there another simpler way
if not what is the best free hosting site
hope someobody can help out there with an easy non technical answer

Create an account on photobucket.com and upload it to there; once you've done that, it will provide you with a html link to paste into your post, which will link directly to the photo.
