I doubt it will happen but if it did I'd be pointing the finger at AG/JE rather than KH.

Our chairman has said DK will only go if a ridiculous offer is made. I believe he meant a ridiculously high cash offer that we would be stupid to refuse - not this kind of ridiculous offer!

I'd suggest we need cash at the moment rather than extra players wages, unless Leeds pay a percentage of the wages that is.

and when Leeds last decided they didn't need Kirke, he didn't want to come, so why change now?

Hope not Moore and kirke are damaged goods. Aiton and Kirmo athletic, alert and hungry total opposite to those 2. This would damage new ticket sales for sure.

I think people need to adjust expectations.

Personally think that Kirke could do a good job for a club like us.

Moore was a good player for us, not sure if he could do the same again.

I wouldn't say no to Kirke and Clarkson and a huge amount of money. Personally I feel we had the best out of Moore.

Just another rumour though - I hope we raise enough money to keep both. Aiton had a great attacking game aginst Cas' and we would certainly miss him! Let's keep both!

Kirke, Moore and Clarkson plus a good amount of cash is a decent offer IMO.

Kirke and Moore only have a year or so left where as Kirmond and Aiton have years left on their clocks.

For that reason the money would have to be a good offer. And the players contracts. Would have to amount to no more than the two leaving.

I'd look for another deal though from Leeds and just for Aiton.

Exactly. Carter & Hetherington are there to get us out of the mess made by others. If they have to make tough decisions to keep the business going, so be it.

It would be nice to be given some chance to get what we want cash wise. That isn't a ridiculous offer and losing our best 2 players. Can't believe some of you think thats a good offer. Kirke and Moore is a insult Clarkson is ok.

We appear to have a swap deal all done and dusted on the basis of what someone has read on the Salford Board.

As was said on Monday, keep buying and renewing Memberships etc. and we may not need to sell anyone although I think we'll be looking to bring players in on loan deals.

If you mean that by selling our most valued players you need to sell less season tickets then you are correct. If you think you will sell 3000 then you are sadly mistaken. The product on the field sells season tickets and if the people think this is reduced they are less likely to buy and it becomes a spiral of reduced season ticket sales so offload more players. I would hope that an accountant would understand this and therefore I presume the rumour is just that with no foundation of truth.

If we'd won something, or got close to winning something, rather than overpay some average players, at least we'd have reaped something other than CCJs.
