most of what i am seeing on here makes me sick!! all hearsay and budding chief execs with no experience and no money!! slagging players off left left, right , centre and having their favourites like ngb4c .. ha ha frankie the coward!! please support the club, the team and the people who are trying their best to keep us alive!! as for the allegations of players fighting ...state who and when or again "shut it!!" we are facing a difficult situation and hopefully we can come through as a club and we have a team!! remember its not long ago that the players were saying it's the best bunch of lads they had played with etc..

as for the £400 critics for the dolls?? whch people seem to be making an issue of...they sell the score cards before the game..400 tickets means £400 means no outlay to the club!! i am sure that more are sold..the work that sarah does gets kids in..which means it gets their parents in which means they pay for tickets which increases the attendance!

getting the boys in playing rugby gets parents in again paying money increasing attendances..but there are a few out there with what seems to be a vendetta against certain people!!

sick to death!! and btw i still have a season ticket so do my kids !!

We have every right to question why we are skint again! We have wool pulled over our eyes. Time and time again. Its good to be positive but did they real love wakefield clubs best interests at heart no? Don't be so naive!

Err actually we don't. We may feel that given an emotional investment in the club that we do, but, unless you are a shareholder you have no "right" to question it. We may Want to know, but have no god given right to be told.

No 'right to be told' constitutionally/legally or whatever but a right morally.
No fans .
No club.

I think we all feel let down more than anything. The club seemed to be on the up, gates doubled, season ticket sales good, and a squad that could and should have been built on.
No real indication of any kind of problem , but the people in the know must have known about the shortfall months ago.
I don't think anyone at the club thought they would start to hood wink the fans, but tried to sort the problem out.
Having to go public and sell one of our major assets shows the depth of the problem we have, and I say we .
Lets hope WEE can help the club survive and that a further statement will soon be presented.

I/we felt things were on the up.
Brought back down to earth, no bowels of the earth ,with a cataclysmic bump.
The thing that really gets to me is the thought of other clubs in the Wakefield district in the higher echelons and the team ,my team, that bears the name of Wakefield also rans.
Why is it that we seem unable to attract, as others have stated elsewhere,the MR BIG.

How do you know you could Al, very easy to sit there and say that. It's not as if all the previous owners we've had were idiots, who didn't know how to run successful businesses. Completely different game running a club like ours unless you are genuinely loaded.
