| Not good having so many key injuries in one go
7 - Tim Smith
8 - Justin Poore
10 - Andy Raleigh
11 - Ali Lauititi
12 - Danny Kirmond
all missing at once leaves us looking extremely lightweight.
It's looking like being a real points fest for Saints

| Struggling to put a bench together. I would ask Mariano to take one for the team and play prop with Mellars stepping into SR along with Annakin and Trout. Goulding to partner Wood or Wildie in the halves. Sykes to rest up. Back line picks itself. Like Cowling as a prospect but i think he'll miss out.

May as well rest biscuit legs Collis as well and i'd play safe with Reece Lyne. Very short on forward power.

| Will have to play more expansive and employ a smart kicking game to have any sort of chance this game.
Good to see cowling get in there.

I'd like Cowling to play but i don't want to see mass changes although it does look likely. Keep Wildie at Hooker as he looked well out of his depth at Bradford (granted he wasn't helped by the forwards but still)

Although you are absolutely right and that team surely can't win - it's usually these patchwork teams who get wins against top teams whilst our full strength teams get tonked.
I wouldn't bet on it but you never know - that said I fear Saints have got their worst performances out of their system.

| I'd go with this
Mathers
Fox
Collis
Smith
Cockayne
Sykes
Goulding
Wilkes
Wood
Mariano
Aiton
Anakin
Washbrook
Wildie
Amor
Trout
Mellars
Nowt to lose in giving Goulding a run out, wildie is not a scrum half and ideally we need to have 4 Forwards on bench, plus mellars cud cover three quarters if needed so no need to have an extra back on the bench

Both you and me have seen worse teams (on paper) than that travel to Saints, players missing gives other game time and you never know.
Nothing to lose and everthing to gain.

Who knows Saints might turn up and think 'this game is going to be easy, we're playing a team with youngsters and alot of key players out' or then again they haven't won at home this year but I'll be going and is looking forward to it. Just give a good performance and Im happy.

| Although we are extremly light up front, negatives can always be turned into positives. For example Melbourne storm play with a light weight pack compared to most NRL sides, yet have huge effect at play the ball speed and other areas. Now i am not saying we are Melbourne storm, but if we can utilise this it will enable us to play abit quicker and try catch saints out. Our defence is another story. Craig Bellamy over and out.

| I'd imagine Trout and Annekin could both play a full game or near it so spell the others and keep those lads on.
It will be hard either way
Possibly play Aiton full game at loose, as we have enough hookers

they have arguably better halves though.
as well as a none-too-shabby hooker and full back.....
that eing said, you guys will have nothing to lose in this game

| Cant see any way we can get a win more so after how they beat Warrington but you never know in this game.
1 Mathers
2 Fox/Cowling
3 Collis/Cowling
4 Smith
5 Cockayne
6 Sykes
7 Wood
8 Wilkes
9 Wildie
10 Amor
11 Mellars
12 Mariano
13 Washbrook
14 Goulding
15 Aiton
16 Annakin
17 Trout
Lightweight I know but the order would be go out enjoy and throw the ball about I would probably rest Collis but would also like Cowling to get a game.Aiton on the bench gives him a bit of a rest from his normal full 80 mins.Need to use Mellars speed to effect and Wilkes to get his backside in gear and would have recalled Walshaw on the bench instead of Trout.Keep in mind I think its one we cant win so give the others a chance to gain some experiance and others a rest to be in the best shape for Leeds/Cas/Hull games.
