We had a call on Monday night form Matty Wildie asking us if we were renewing our season tickets.
I've no problem with being contacted by the club- in fact it makes a refreshing change!
However I ordered 3 season tickets when the deal was launched in September and the money has been taken from my account.Hope there hasn't been a cock-up.
Some friends of ours had a call too the same night and they ordered their tickets before me!!
Can the club clear this up???

I had the same call a few weeks back but I think it was from one of the cheerleaders



They were going through the contact list of people who had previously booked hospitality, I think it's good they are running through them all to try and get as many people to sign up as they can!

I believe a few of us must be on the system twice, I tend to get 2 copies of every email sent out!!

I have mentioned it to the club, like you I was chased recently re membership despite renewing well before deadline day.

Must be a novel approach to getting membership numbers up!!!

Yes I get 4 emails as well regularly- just think it's wasting time and effort on the already converted.
Having said that I'm going to double check with the club.

Getting all contact lists/previous membership lists into one would sort all double handling costs / frustrations. With so many folk being 'double/triple' members last year, it would be prudent to cleanse the database at some point I would have thought.
