Crusaders have a group of very loyal and proud fans who go to all their away games. They are a great bunch who are a credit to RL. They must be in a very bad place at this time, they have been let down by successive owners and now their players are whinging and moaning.

I hope that on Sunday we can spare a thought for the Crusaders fans and not take the michael.

Some Crusaders supporters continued to follow the club from South Wales after they were let down by Leighton Samuels.

Right now the game could be in doubt, the players are up in arms and not playing has been mentioned. The Crusaders owners don't want to pay the players until the end of the season! Got to feel for those guys and their families.

What are the chances of this match going ahead? Wouldn't be surprised if the Cru players walk out of the club and refuse to play. From the players postings on Twitter it would seem that they haven't been getting paid recently and Friday is their pay day.

the last year in South Wales we met up with cru cru a avid supporter who was renown for traveling far and wide and made our visit re-memorable, like you say I hope they given the respect they deserve

SL makes a monthly payment to all clubs. SL now ought to pay the players direct from the sky money. If there is anything left then give it to the club.

Sammut is telling the Crusaders supporters to support different clubs as "this one is rubbish".

I have little sympathy for the players they have been nicking a wage this season. From what I know very few players have any loyalty. Look at our lot over the years. Feel sympathy for Keith Senior - Its the fans I feel for.

I wonder what Paul Johnson is upto. Is if still at the Crusaders? Wonders how he feels after his outburst last year.

i feel for the fans of crusaders. however all things in context, a) there aren't enough of them to make their club viable (3k vs Cas and it looked like 1k), and b) their loyalty needs to be referenced against the fact that they've only been around five minutes.

hope they turn up and are welcomed on sunday.

richard lewis has basically said that crusaders pulled out when they were reminded that their application would be scrutinised!

What what I have read, it's the Aussie / Kiwi players that are owed money and not the British lads. Image rights thing maybe?
