could you please explain to me what a full back is supposed to do and keep that smile on your pretty face.

I'm lost for compliments today but when that interception in the first half wasn't covered I just wondered where our full back was

Blaymire as steady and average at best. He takes the high ball well but he's no place, lacks aggression and his position is poor for a SL FB.

He was not the worst offender today for Wakey but if we're to progress then IMHO we need more attacking edge at FB and unforunately you simply do not get that with Blaymire.

He was in the attaking line something people have complained he doesn't do enough. I was more worried that our young 'speedy' winger couldn't catch a forward going 80 yards blowing out of his buttocks.

I have no idea what game some of you watch. He saved at least 4 tries tidy with 1 on 1 tackles.
He took every high ball they sent him.

Exactly, perfectly happy with blaymire this and every season theres so much worse than him.

He actually matches his position description - can catch - tackle - run ball out (albeit slow) - predict where ball will go

Mopseys hate campaign against Blaymire continues .... however today he has a point.
He looked slow, sluggish and uninterested, as were most of his teamates though, unfortunately.

its not a hate campaign, hes slow,he falls to the ground and hardly makes yards.did he get run over,sidestepped, or move out of the way several times or was that my imagination.

I'm agreeing with you, however you do go on about Blaymire a lot.

Had a text from someone who has been told by somebody else who is "in the know" Blaymire swapped for Ratchford for next year.

I know nothing, but it would seem an incredibly strange swap for Salford to consider.

Dunno, Ratchford doesn't seem to play every week - and when he does he is from the bench. In contract though according to the Salford site, didn't we show interest in him before?

Karl Fitzpatrick out of contract (and 30 years old) so maybe they might need a full back if they dont renew.

We sure as sugar need a stand off!!
