I`ll settle for that,doubled his try tally for the season as well, carried 2 Roosters over the line, turned and plonked the ball down. Probably the decisive score as the Cowboys were 16-0 down 2 minutes from HT when Thurston scored & converted to go in trailing 16-6. 2 tries in the 1st 5 minutes of the 2nd half and they were 18-16 ahead. The Roosters, trying to avoid the wooden spoon exerted pressure until Tronc`s converted try took them 8 points ahead at 24-16. 2 further tries gave the Cowboys a 32-16 win.

Most importantly Tronc came through unscathd, less tackles than usual , most of which were in his 1st spell, less tackles in the 2nd half as Cowboys monopolised possession. He can take a well-earned break now, get a Visa and come over raring to go in SL.
