According to frontlines fairplay league, wakefield are techinically the most ill disciplined team in whole of super league :S not to mention scoring highest on the misconduct penalties.
Without seeing these stats would have not even entered my head at us being bottom of the pile. Surely Westwood is dirtier than the whole Wakefield team.

No disrespect but we are a John Kear coached side all his sides play very near the knuckle
we do give some stupid penalties away when we blame the ref

You know what, I wouldn't mind giving penalties away if we where trying to bully the opposition and dominate them - I wouldn't be bothered if we had the odd penalty for giving the opposition forwards a bit of a crack early doors.

Trouble is, we don't. Our penalties, as you say, are brainless at times and in crucial times in the tackle count very often. Its not as if we are getting penalised either for roughing up the opposotions main play maker....

Its always stupid stuff like pushing and shoving at the PTB. Pointless.

What annoys me just as much, is when we give away these dumb pens and then the fans start shouting at the ref when its clear to see that it was a pen!

In relation to the Fairplay index you and Wigan both have played an extra game to most teams and two more games than Bradford or Quins.

Westwood and O'loughlin spring to mind

O'Loughlin has cleaned his act up this season and is a far better player for it, looking like a quality losse forward now. Westwood isn'y dirty just a bit daft and gets his timing wrong sometimes. Don't think there are many dirty players playing the game now hence the lack of biff on the pitch. McGoldrick is probably up there with the best of them.

Agree with you there. I have hardly seen any proper intimidation by the wakey pack - ironicaly one of the smallest players Danny Bough has the best "fu sunshine attitude", slamming a player on his back standing over him and letting him know hes gonna get some more. A very aggressive attitude along with a desire to establish dominance will go a long way - i'm not talking about mindless thuggery here - i just want the pack to take things personaly and want to be the governor.
