I'll be there with my Dad from Wolverhampton, picking bruv up from Bristol on t'way.

After recent events I'd be unsure about travelling further than the end of the garden path to watch whatever Wakefield team decides to turn out!
But Saturday isn't about Us, Wakefield Trinity Or Rugby League. Its about Respect and showing support for those lads(both teams) who take to the field on whats going to be a very emotional Saturday night.
So yes We'll be there, Three generations of our family. Being Silent when we need to and making plenty of noise the rest of the time.

travelling down with chissitt, for me it means nothing the result as more as the respect for Leon,
I have family and friends that can't make the trip but I know their thoughts will be there too.

I'm sure this will be a very emotional game for all involved but have a safe journey down.

Does anyone know if Leon's parents are attending?

I wish I could be there but I made other plans for this weekend before the game was rearranged. Booked a weekend away where it would have been possible to get to a Satuday afternoon cup game anywhere but Catalans if needed - no chance of a getting to a Saturday night kick off in South Wales though.

I was down for the original game that was postponed and really wanted to be at the rearranged game in memory of Leon and in respect of the excellent way both clubs handled the sad event. However, due to it being arranged at such short notice I can't get there



I was hoping that many Wakefield fans would have made the rearranged game, even if it meant putting on free / subsidised coaches (something I would have donated towards) but I don't think there will be that many there this time - I hope I am wrong though.

Don't going to Brewery Field will be ever a happy experience for our lads with the memories the journey must hold.
