Just where will the next win come from??

We face Hudds our bogey team next,followed by Celtic who have just posted their first win.

Personally unless something dramatic changes i dont see two points in either of the above games.

Today we have been beaten by a team that lacks any real big name superstars -- but a team that get the basics right -- well done Brian McDermott.

The last four games we have lacked cohesion,defended poorly,shown little attacking prowess,and had a total lack of respect for the ball.
We have leaked 30 points per game on average in the last four -- you are extremely unlikely to win games if you are conceding an average of five tries per game -- we quite simply dont have the fire power to respond with six tries.
My concern is that the above problems are the same ones that we have had for the last 2/3 seasons.

No doubt i will be shot down for saying this -- but has John Kear taken the team as far as he can??

All due respect to JK - he has moved us forward and away from being the perceived cellar dwellars -- but is he capable of taking us to the next level?
My own opinion is NO - because we continue to make the same basic mistakes in our game.I also still get confused by some of his selections -- we have been crying out for a stand off for the last few games,and appreciate Rooney has been out injured,but i couldnt see the logic in having him on the bench today -- Rooney has never been and never will be an impact player,if we wasnt fit enough to start - then dont select him,but he is the only true stand off we have - add to that the selection of two scrum halves at half back against Bradfordand the fact that he never really knew what his best pivotal combination was last season, it just makes me wonder.

I will be there on Sunday as per norm and give the lads my full support,but i fear after Huddersfields defeat today,they will take it out on us.

After hearing Atkins after the game. The team spirit is still there and I think we will beat shudds at least we didnt get hammered by Salford at home

in all fairness Quins won't lose many in London this year.
A 7pt loss might look like a good result by the end of the season when we compare it with how other teams fared.

A look at the league table will show Quins up near the top with a gamecon hand.

The disappointment is that we probably could have won had we played better than we did.

Let's hope we can get a win soon and arrest the slide, we were looking likeca top four side a few weeks ago

Thats quins first win in 5 games at home.

with all due respect I don't think anybody is giving enough respect to the quins, just take a look at the position that they are in, and also look at the other clubs around the top

by far the closest season yet, stains was very lucky yesterday and leeds on friday, what was once a dominate in name is not now

We just seem to be making the same mistakes week in week out though. Need to get this sorted out for next Sunday. If we lose to them we will not hear end of it.

Wigan (who can beat anyone on their day)
Catalan (another good team when in the mood)

Ill maintain that they won't get touched up my many at the Stoop and as I said the league table doesn't lie.

By sounds of it if we cut out the mistakes we could have won it. Dropping the ball near our own line and near there try line.

But its part of been a supporter going through the ups and downs of the season.

Adam ,weve been making the same mistakes for the last two seasons.

In a weird kind of way,i will be glad to see the back of this season -- just because we have quite a few players out of contract -- that shouldnt be offered new ones and then hopefully we can add a few quality players to the squad in key postions.

True we have. But even more so in the last few games. The mistakes we make at times are school boys erros. It makes the blood boil but like you say we seem to do the same every season.

Lets hope it starts looking up sooner rather than later.

cant comment on todays game other than what i heard on radio.what does bother me is that the same thing is starting to happen again a good/excellent start then the season getting worse week by week this could now be three sasons on the bounce so the question is why arent the players/coaching staff learning.i know i will be shot at but i cant see where a win is going to come from

Course it does. We can't seem to cut the silly mistakes out, there has been too many of them.

Look peeps to be fair to the lads we are in a good position in the table,we can't win every week and it's not just us who have dips in form look below us and you wouldn't expect to be sat on a few of the teams that we currently are.
We are improving but losses are part and parcel be it through school boy errors,fatigue or injuries so lets just do our part and support through thick and thin eh?

It sounded like we were competing apart from that spell when we kept on dropping it. Losing at Quins is always more likely than winning. Hudds used to be our bogey team, but we doubled them last year, although we may get their backlash.

Could be worse, could be a Bulls fan (BTW: that comment counts for every season, not just today).

But we have put 80 + points on Quins in two games this season.

i thought we dominated most of the game in the first half and the game was there for the taking, but just what went wrong that the second half.
