With the elite squad meant to be announced today, who do you think will make it?

I reckon Brough and Atkins have to be there.

Not sure about injured players, but if they're available then Dale Ferguson has to be picked!

He deserves it though, made good start to season. And will make him even more determined to keep the form up so he can keep his place for the 4 nations come end of season

Yeah super league games still go ahead as normal, stupid really. I know it's hard to find time but it may p!ss a few teams off.

Team from what I have heard seems decent, it's about time the young ones get chance tbh. After the W/C show they deserve a shot to prove themselfs.

I'm sure i read somewhere that to be eligible to play for England Brough mustn't have played for Scotland in the last 2 years. Not 100% sure that's correct though

That could be right, I have read that. I know it was quite a long time to wait between playing for diff national teams

Brough is eligible now, as its the start of a new World Cup cycle and players can "transfer" their allegences.

However, being eligible, and being good enough are not the same thing.

Very much deserved i think, some people give him some stick on here but i think he proved on Saturday what he's capable of!

At 23, he's only gonna get better from here and hopefully it will be at Wakefield!
