I thought he did very well today and with more exposure to the top flight he will be a usefull addition to our team.

Understandably he tired after a while but that will also improve.

Good footwork, didnt shy for work tackled well (got man and ball unlike rest of flipping squad),

Big lad, made few yards, looked like he could be dangerous in attacking posistions.

Didn't seem to put a foot wrong when he was involved,He could do a good job for us if we use him in the correct areas.

like to see him burst on to a ball at pace out wide, but of course for this we need a ball handling stand off!! which im afrid we do not have at this time.

I do think he is a very exciting young lad and glad others agree with me I am looking forward to seeing him play more

Still think the best is to come from frank, once hes got used to the pac e of the league and got to know some of the plays i think hel be a really useful assett to the squad.

Yeah mate totally agree. Was worried before the game that he'd turn the ball over quite a bit trying adventurous balls, but as you say he showed good maturity and respected the ball.

One of the things that impressed me was the speed at which he got back on his feet and played the ball.

Yes thats what caught my eye too, if we can get all players to do that we'll be fine, not wigan laying on tactics and having to make yards with no forwards, we lost the ruck and they made so much yardage through the middle it was a joke

He is a big lad and only 21 or 22 so most probably not finished bulking yet either

have to say i was watching him quite closley mainly because of opinions on here, and i think we have one to nurture / invest time in.

not just becuase he looked ok but because we could have a pack of young forwards that mature together in 2/3 years time to be very very good

fergie and frank look to have the quality element, but it will take time and they will make many errors.

He looks like he's got a quality step and seems to want to take people on the outside, something some of our other players don't seem to be able to do.

the onli forward to run on to the ball wiv speed and not do this little side step tht all the other forward seem to be doin all its doin is slowin them down its annoyin last year moore was settin off 5 yards been the play of the ball and runnin on to the ball this year hes static wen hes recieving the ball and not making as many yards.
