Sunday 19 April 2pm there is a 30th year testimonial for Wakey Leg end Johnny Thompson , the match will be played in quarters with over 30 past players taking part, its only £5 for adults with proceeds to charity. There is a raffle for a signed ball prior to and during the game and an auction and question & answer session in Cats Bar after the game. Look forward to a bumper crowd.

it was a good afternoon out good to see so many old faces Tinker, Idle, Eden, Wilson, Bell, Andy Kelly etc and top marks to TC who had a good laugh

Thats a shame! I would of gone but could not make it, tried my best to go though so I was a bit gutted

wanted to go but son was playing in a football semi final which they won !! kick off wasn't until 2 so couldn't make it..

I agree, was a little disappointed with the turnout.

Still not a bad afternoon, although we left before the end as my 2 year old had had enough.

I did not know about it till the morning of the game or i would have certainly got down. Bumped into TC who was limbering up for his big game and he mentioned it, by which point i had already made plans with the family, not very well publicised in my opinion, and if it was i managed to miss seeing anything about it, which was a shame.
