Brad Drew has rightly received some recognition for the our great start to the season by being one of three nominees for the first Engage Mutual Assurance Player of the Month Award.
He is up against Danny Tickle and Brett Hodgson and it is voted on by the 14 Super League coaches and revealed next Monday in League Weekly.

i know Drew has been good for you from the bits i have seen.
Hogson for us has been fantastic. Mr reliable does not drop the ball and just looks to start an attack every time he gets the ball. He just looks a class above everyone else we have.
Tickle at Hull has been great as well. Attacking the gaps making breaks, scoring or setting up support players and kicking well.
The RLE seems to have picked three worthy candidates |

I agree, all three have been playing some superb Rugby. I'd expect Drew to win (biased i know), but he has worked miracles with no experienced halves to help him and has been expected to play nearly 80 minutes every game. |

I wouldnt pretend to have an informed opinion on this as i havent seen Hodgson or Tickle in action this year (with the exception of highlights). But i think Drew has had a excellent start to the year.
