He's a fullback so play him there and not out of position. You've spent a year bagging Kear for doing just that, why am I not surprised you the suggest it.

I've not once bagged Kear for playing someone out of position, I used to run a franchise on JD having a go at 6!! Also I have seen him play, and I've seen a few profiles of him listing him as a 6. You're wrong yet again, you always are Mr Topsy Turvy. The sea is blue isn't it?

you are right rt should be at fullback. played 2 specialist fullbacks in the centres, got mullered all night and a prop that is out of shape and unfit and left one out that is bursting to play and as fit as a flea out. sometimes i struggle to understand the logic. thats rl

It's not actually - my understanding is that Blaymire is off at the end of the season.

Either way, RT should be our first choice fullback next season and I'm 100% certain that if he is, he'll make in impact.

AFAIK Matt Blaymire has been offered a deal and is currently considering it.

So Tongia, Blaymire, Tony, Vivers, Hyde and Murphy no shortage of full backs next season, just a shortage of decent ones!

I hope he turns it down then. Sorry but re-signing him just wouldn't make any sense. We've signed Tony up and are likely to sign up Tongia I would of thought. With Hyde under contract and Murphy around we really don't need him.

If Tony, hyde, Murphy -are signed he is not needed. Been a rock at times in defence but time moves on.

Spoke with him Thursday at the gym. He is in talks with the club over a new contract but is keeping his options open outside of RL. He enjoy''s the personal training he's doing and is sick of getting injured (not as young as he used to be). The wrist/knee/shoulder? injuries have made him think twice about what he really wants..

I don't blame him, like us all he needs to do whats best for him.
