December 2009 : Designer selects pencil and paper
February 2009 : Choice of pencil and paper to be discussed by Cas supporters at series of open meetings.
March 2009 : Council to fund rubber on top of pencil.

I agree, and as I've said it will take more than words from either camp to convince me that either of us will make the next franchise deadline.

Just seems that RW has always got a little bit of good news for the Cas fans but none of it so far has amounted to squat in terms of actually being in a position to play out of a new stadium for 2011.

I'm just not sure which is the best approach to all this stadium news/announcements. You're damned if you make any announcements and then nothing happens and you're damned if you don't because people think nothing is happening.

Hopefully in the next few years we can all move into brand new stadia, and go onto bigger things on the back of it (ala wire, fc). Our district could be the crown of english rl. Now that would be nice to see.

lol like it, yes that is what i wanted to say. Glad it isnt just me who reads these press releases Cas keep coming out with and laughs.Rovers have only been on there project 10 months and the drawings will be complete in a few weeks, never mind selecting a designer.
