Do the circumstances of the ownership actually change the club's financial plight? Not one bit. As I said, the bank wouldn't have supported a loan to buy back the ground & in any case the value of the land would have fallen to the extent that the bank probably wouldn't have provided the same level of funding as the club got in the first place if they had been interested in providing a loan to the club.

All I know is what's been posted on here already - that it's a company registered in the IoM.

If you are who I and many others think you are thank you for your efforts you were part of the team that got us to sl, you kept us up there but now you've nearly killed us off. The reason the club is basically shafted is that it did a deal with tillion and tillion has failed to pay up.

It looks like WTRLFC have a contract with Tillion. What Tillion do with Cala or Yorkcourt is of no concern. Tillion should pay up the balance of the 2.8 million ( what ever that ammount is ) as per the terms of the contact with Wtrlfc If Tillion are in breach of contract then WTRLFC should just have sued them. As it stands I presume that Tillion will still own the ground all be it with charges on it from their lender etc.

But could it be that WTWRLFC actually paid for planning permission and any work on the site so that a certain TED didn't have to when his company took control of the site...

Ted as chairman of wtw will not sue his company for money owed to himself.

RDM if Tillion paid up the £ 2,800,000 then we would not be in the mess we find ourselves in. I just cannot get my head round why we have not started proceedings against Tillion. They must owe us over a million pounds.

Do you really think that if I'm as involved with the club as you suggest, that I couldn't have arranged for JD to be sold 2 years ago when IMO he could have been replaced by plenty of other players?

My long term invovlement with the club has been from the terraces only and as holder of £100 worth of shares for the last few years.

As for the amount of information I have - I simply asked questions to the club as a shareholder. I took the answers at face value as I had no evidence to suggest that I wasn't being told the truth. Even now, I know that the member of the BoD I spoke to didn't tell me any lies - but in light of what's been posted on this thread perhaps they weren't completely open with me either.

Ask how much money Tillion still owe on the contract, why the BOD did not sue Tillion and how much rent are WTRLFC paying to Tillion.
