I wish it were. Somebody claimed they had spotted Otter droppings, I’m not making it up. However the DOE inspector could find no evidence. Unfortunately they had to check it out despite it being patently ridiculous.

Quote ="Khlav Kalash"Determination deadline 17th March. As long as it's not deferred we'll get to know where we are in about a month.'"
I have checked the agenda for the February planning meeting, our application is not being heard, at this meeting. The March meeting is the day after the deadline date you mentioned.
Meetings of the Planning and Highways Committee are open to the public. Whilst meetings are currently unable to be held in a physical room the meetings are available to watch / listen to online. Meetings are made available through the Councils online Citizen webpage ( citizen.wakefield.gov.uk/cabinet ... l-meeting/) or on the Council's YouTube channel. The feeds go live shortly before the meetings start.
Meetings of the Committee are currently scheduled for 21 January; 11 February; 18 March and 15 April. Further meeting dates will be confirmed in due course.
Kind regards

Yeah I suspect the 17th is 12 weeks after submission the 18th will likely be the date it gets switched to.

I haven’t noticed anything on the council planning page yet, but then, I’m not sure which reference number the application has. John Minards is on record saying, He would like our supporters to back the Newmarket “Enabling Developmentl”. The approval of this application is key, to releasing funding for our stadium redevelopment.
I’m sure the club will inform us, when the time is right.

| Not really an update, just wondering if anyone on here has seen the photos of BV, taken on Monday and posted on Trinity twitter page. The ground looks superb, pitch immaculate, seems a shame to have plastic, but needs must.

Yeah, I saw it. To be fair it's bound to look good, it's barely been used in 18 months
It is a great pitch but I honestly think the reason we make such a fuss about it is part history but mainly because what surrounds it is so dreadful. You rarely here Saints or Hull bang on about their pitches, even though there's are almost certainly better than BV.
I think the loss of the grass is something we will forget very quickly if we start winning on 4g, I'm sure if we start off by losing on it people (not you) will never shut up about it.

Looked good, had to zoom in to check the new 4g hadn’t been put down already. It’s a shame but 4g can be used 24/7 if needed.

Wakefield Trinity - Noise Impact Assessment
Review of Crowd and Fan Zone Noise
3.3 Conclusions
In conclusion, the potential noise impacts associated with the potential increase in crowd numbers and the provision of a Fan Zone are considered to be negligible and are unlikely to result in a significant change to ambient noise levels experienced by residents of nearby noise sensitive receptors during match days.

| With regards to the pitch - Carter explained on the zoom call that although it looks great on a photo that was posted it’s far from good. He explained that lack of investment has left it in poor condition and the top 2 inches go from been boggy in wet weather to rock hard in summer. Blames himself for not spending the money required but guess there’s only so much cash when we play on tight budgets.

Yes, it's in the plans if you visit the WMDC web site, I can give you the link if you need it. the lower section is actually pretty good, its level and no breaks. It's from the walkway up that it's getting new terracing and being re-profiled, a massive step forward.

Are you sure that Gym Facilities are in the East Stand. I’ve just had another look at the Plans,
GA Floor plan, Level 1, dated 24th November 2020. These plans only show the Hospitality facilities. The plans for the Rollin Shack, do show the layout for a Gym, in what is now the concert room, with changing rooms/Showers on the lower floor.
