How about this for wild speculation? Mick Potter. I heard there is a rift between him and the bulls players and he not made much of an impact there. Maybe he would be allowed to leave if another club wanted him? Might fit in with why the announcement is taking so long.

Spot on. People are holding off buying them whilst they wait and see who the new coach is. If its Agar the club may as well withdraw the offer straight away as we won't get close to 2500. And as has been said, many who have already signed up will ask for their £100 back rather than pay the extra. Being perceived to have got the right man really couldn't be more important.

That's the point, it didn't matter what he coached American Football, he could have coached anything. His success in the NFL is but a side issue, what matters is he invented or refined nearly every aspect of modern coaching in team sports. Stats, individual training, nutrition and diet, video analysis and so on - all Lombardi.

Like all coaches of that era he could shout a bit, but he was one of the first to think about it before he did - and that was the revolutionary bit. He also did it with the Green Bay Packers which is similar to winning SL with Batley (no offence to Batley).

Had a text this morning from a player at another club who said after speaking to his agent and reading in between the lines he thinks it will be agar with chester as assistant. Hope to god he's added two and two together and got five! Justin morgan believes cummins will get the job. I haven't got a clue who it is but there's more and mote rumours coming out each day.

I have no inside info whatsoever but for some reason i think Cummins will be involved somewhere.
