If I recall correctly, weren't Yorkcourt due to pay (give) Trinity £300k on approval of the Newmarket development, or did that arrangement die with the old regieme?

That deal was tied into the value of BV. As that is the hands of the BoI then yes, the deal is dead.

Again I seem to recall someone inferring that when Steve Parkin was looking to buy the club in 2011 his primary interest was getting his hands on BV. With things now moving along with NM he may be interested once again (assuming he was in the first place.
