Quote ="financialtimes"It’s also slap bang next to Huddersfield abs anyone who lives in huffs will have to travel through it to get to Wakefield.
From a stats point the Kirklees NHS area are reporting 5 times the current cases that the mid west York’s NHS and Kirklees serves a 5th of the populous the Mid west York’s does, that means you’re 25 times more likely to become infected in Kirklees than Wakefield, whether you live in fartown Lockwood, birkby, minefield Batley or spenborough icon_thumb.gif'"
Again do you know how big kirklees is? it borders, lancashire, derbyshire, south yorkshire, high peak, i'm pretty sure there's no to little chance of catching covid in some of these areas, a hell of a lot less than say, the belle vue area of wakefield.
you lot really dont get it do you, do you think there's as the same chance of catching covid in say Scapegoat Hill 27 miles away from your ground than there is in Chickenley 6.5 miles away even though they are both classed as being in kirklees, an area created because someone decided to lump half of west yorkshire under the same council, using adminiatration rather than geography is pretty stupid, as stupid as lumping all of kirklees under 1 umbrella.
