Although some clubs have got better websites than ours, I haven't seen a better heritage type site anywhere.
The club should really get behind this and shout about it.

The value of heritage and history to a club like ours should not be underestimated.
I too would like to see more made of this. I would like to see a heritage presence in the club shop. Either as a rotating window display or a section within the shop. This could include memorabilia, features on past players or even video where available.
This could lead to a whole range of heritage merchandise, not necessarily shirts, but certainly the smaller stuff. I don't know whether the badge used on the profile pic was ever used in earnest, but I think it would be great to adopt it on the products. Long term, a more permanent museum display in a new/upgraded stadium.
Clearly, nostalgia isn't as good as it used to be but it could rekindle interest in the club from a slightly different market.
