I would like to attend Reserves games to see our up and coming talent and actually went down the other week against Halifax thinking that we would get a discount or in for free

being Season Ticket Holders. I have known of other clubs who have done this over the years and was unpleasantly surprised to find we had to pay full whack (£5 each I think, for 3 , including a full time student). I would go regularly if some kind of offer was put on the table. It sure looked as if the reserves would welcome a swell in the crowds and it may also increase the chance of increased season ticket sales.

I think you're absolutely bang on, With money taken over the bar and in the cafe the £5 would soon be clawed back. I went to a few reserve games last season and they were superb but I think it would be a nice touch for the club to at least trial it, and I'm sure the reserves would appreciate more vocal backing. Could be worth bringing up at the Q & A session

In 'years gone by' entry to 'A' Team games was free for Season Ticket-holders.

Obviously times have changed to the detriment of the 'faithful'!

I'm really surprised that Keighley charge their ST holders for admission to U23 games. It has been the norm at most clubs to allow ST holders free entry to reserve games.

At Halifax it is free admission for everyone. They just ask for a contribution to U23's.

Its about 8 pounds to watch Silsden play football, so i think a fiver is well worth the money

Just asked a mate of mine for prices for Silsden FC = £5 for adults with concessions for youngsters and the elderly ! Season tickets are a massive £60. That is not £8 as stated previously why post incorrect information it 's pointless?

It wasnt about the price. I only mentioned Silsden because thats all i can think of who charges to get into there ground round here and i was told it was around that price.
The point of my post was that these reserve teams cost a lot of money to run and all some people are moaning about is the fact that they cant get in for free with there season ticket.
Support the club and if 5 pounds is too much to pay to watch the second team, dont go.

Simple as that
