I used to think Mark Aston was a good coach and a credit to rugby league until I saw Sheffield play last week and I changed my mind , Three words summed up their play..... Dirty , Dirty and Dirty. I know the players are resposible for their actions on the field but the coach has to be accountable too.
The spear tackle on Korkidas was horrendous , it was also intentional.....look at the video and the stills , both players grabbed him and turned him over. Fact.
Having suffered a Broken neck nearly 4 years ago I can say it is a life changing event and I was very very lucky....I can still walk albeit with a stick and not very far. So , R.F.L Make spear tackles an instant red card and match bans to follow , NO excuses , It is potentially a Life and career ending move and should be dealt with accordingly.
And to Mr Aston
