I know Keighley lost to Hunslet today 22-4 so this one could be a close one.

How much will it be to get in on Friday?

It's been £10 for our other home pre season games. So I'd assume it'll be the same again.

It'd be a shame if that was the side you put out against us.

I know quite a few people who were thinking of coming down who otherwise wouldn't have had you put a full strength line up out.

It could still change mate but that is what Mr Potter was hinting at today.

But I know a lot of people who'd love to see players of that calibre play at Cougar Park. Even though I'd love to see us get one over against the enemy the result really is irrelevant.

We should release are squad for the game on Wednesday.

The problem I see is that we play Wakefield at Odsal on the Sunday and that'll be game that has the starting XIII that will start against Leeds at Cardiff.

I hope we do send a decent side. Keighley a good club and could do with the money

The 20 first choice players in our squad are playing against Wakefield at Odsal on Sunday and no player is playing in both, so that immediately takes out a lot. Add to that James Donaldson, Dave Halley & Danny Addy on the injury list, it only leaves 3 players with first team squad numbers playing on Friday night. Namely Steve Crossley, Tom Olbison & Jason Crookes. Still backing that up with Vinny Finigan & Cain Southernwood who have played first team footy last year, Tom Burgess who is expected to play some this year, and Adam O'Brien who was in the England Academy side against the Aussie Schoolboys. On top of that, I believe John Bateman & Liam McAvoy train with the first team too.

Not a strong side by any means, but also a good one for the future. Hopefully should make the game more competitive as I don't think any of us wanted to see our full side come and have a massively one sided match.

I'll be coming along anyway. Any idea on the side Keighley are putting out yet?

I've just heard back from the club.

Entry prices for Friday are £10 adult, £5 concessions and free for children (doesn't mention age cut-off there though).

I'd assume we'll put a full strength side out beacuse it's our last and biggest pre season game.

Real shame about the dulls not putting any 1st team players in

even though I hate them with a passion it would have been nice to see some SL superstars at Cougar Park, suppose the only thing is it will make for a close game

I see from the bulls website they have named a young squad. Good to see Matt Bailey, ex cougar Cub, in the line up.
