Can anyone enlighten me as to what this covers. Reason being a piece in rugby league weekly quoting Neil our fomer chairman saying he is hoping to formally join the club again in what capacity it does not say, but he is waiting to hear from the rfl as to whether he is accepted as a fit and proper person.
Have to say this puzzles me as by going into administration again I would assume this would have negative connotations but as I say I am clueless on this, which is indeed a rarety
Anyone shed light on this please.
