Halifax have now declined the opportunity to play our fixture that was due to be played tonight which was being re-arranged for next Monday or Tuesday. Due to the lateness of this decision we are unable to get another Championship fixture.

Therefore the club are going to take the opportunity to play the cancelled fixture - The Peter Fell Memorial Game against the Keighley Select side, on Tuesday evening.

Kick off will be 7.30pm, admission prices are £8 adults, £5 concession and all U16's in free!!! This will be a great community match so please bring the family down and support all your local lads.

To be fair to Fax, they've been thrown out of kilter by the weather too - they've lost a pre-season game as well! At least we've got a game to watch, so let's get on down and support the club - god knows, they need to know SOMEONE loves 'em!!!

I think Keighley Tap Room Select XIII will be just as stern a test a Halifax to be honest.

Will be entertaining and if you're taking kids with you it's still only going to cost £8 which is great value for a family night out.
