Brendan Rawlins is NOT coming for this season.
If everything was above board he would have been here by now so the club should cut and run.
Yes it's unfair because of the timing of the contract and subsequent "national interest" but sometimes things happen.

I'm just gutted for brendan, nice lad and a good ambassador for the club with his work in the classroom etc, but if your asking me if I think he's coming back then sadly I would have to say no, oh and it's a disgrace by the way.
