Only had a tenner on so more deflated due to how well he won his first two over fences. Since his last run in December I thought he had RSA winner written all over him.

Got slightly more on Master Minded so hopefully he can boost my bank for the rest of the week.

Had a respectable day yesterday, Hurricane Fly being a good winner for me (also on Captain Chris) but the two i really fancied today, So Young and Time For Rupert have shattered my bets today. Far from happy with Time For Rupert who seemed to have everything going for him but I guess you can't always get what you want.

TFR will probably win decent races when the ground is softer than it is today. Gd/sft would be fine. Slightly firmer than it has been past twice & in last years world hurdle.

Massive gamble on MM, now the clear favourite.

Only lost 20 this time, compared to last years disaster, but will never back Master Minded in this race again.

Put £20 on Sizing Europe at the last minute thanks to a mate's persuasive techniques. Think I owe him a pint or two now.

Took my initial stake back + a fiver, then got the rest on Big Buck's for tomorrow at even money.

I am not buying into people making out Grands Crus is the second coming.

Big Buck's will be in trouble if he goes through a flat spot, but he hasn't done that this year yet so he could still be improving too.

Will be interesting to see how the favourite handles these different to usual ground conditions. Used to softer ground, and still quite inexperienced over hurdles.

What a day for the Irish. They are gonna probably take 6 of todays races back with them, as the bumper usually goes back over the sea.

Mixed emotions today ... started with a winner but struggled since.

Mine are crossed too, as they are part of my L15. Sure it would be a nice return as I've already got First Lieutenant at 7s in it.

Me too, only winner I had was 7/1, but will mean nothing unless Kayef or Divine Rhapsody can win.
