Context is everything
People can easily pick out a sentence and use it out of context.
That could be very dangerous in certain circumstances

I welcome Rads views, I think it may have been advisable to release them sooner in order to allay the fears of supporters. I am not sure that we will replace all our outgoing players though.

I welcome what he said there. Reading between the lines it seems he isn’t happy with how it’s been going, saying things like;

"How we're in fourth is incredible really, but look.. you never know what can happen in the play-offs. Have we had a disappointing season? Of course we have. Are we looking to put that right. Of course we are."

He hasn’t explicitly said it, and I don’t think in all honesty I’d want him to either, but it reads like he knows Lam is a poor coach. I’m happy he’s come out with what he has, but the fans forum hasn’t been released yet and needs to be. That will go a very long way in bringing back and relieving fans IMO. Just as this interview has.

That was a good read,he clearly is thinking of the whole of super league as well and how it to is in a whole with a lot of clubs and really needs to be addressed. Is why I was confused when they are sticking to same format for next season since Sky have pretty much given them an ultimatum to make it better or we are out. As he says 25 on the board is to many voices.
