Anderson will no doubt be giving Huddersfield a hard time next week and will be expecting a reaction on Thursday. Could be an interesting game.

saints were average and the giants were terrible thats how that match was, Saints played with a little bit of intensity and giants collapsed. No doubt huddersfield will be up for the annual final next week tho.

I hope Brough and Robinson play as bad as they did tonight.

Sad to say, with the league system the way it is, the Cas game is far more important. Hopefully next week we can give Farrell, Pettybourne and O'loughlin some game time.

They were garbage tonight!

It might not be a must win as the above poster suggests but a win would mean a big step towards a top 4 place.

They were awful v Saints and looking on their fans board they all believe the Giants are out of form.
We usually do well at their place so I do think we will get the win we need.

St. Helens were garbage the week before, heavily criticised and got a reaction against Hudds. I expect Huddersfield are going through a similar thing now and will look to Thursday to address that. I also thing Wane will have the QF in mind and use this game as preparation for that.

The main thing I have wondered with Huddersfield is the defense, what has happened to it?

Not sure about the result, but if they defend like they did again Saints, can see Burgess and a few others getting a few points.

I think Thursday is a pretty big game in the context of this season. Depending on how results go for Widnes against Cats and Warrington against Leeds, we could be 6 points clear in the top 4 with a game still in hand.

True. But the Widnes game isn't the gimmie some (including me) were thinking it might be at the start of the year.

Widnes will beat Catalans, the Dragons are poor on their travels.
