Anyone know if this is still free on Virgin. Have the XL package and just logged onto my tv anywhere at work to try and record the Souths/Roosters game and says im not subscribed.

Not sure about Virgin as I have Sky but they phoned me a few days ago and offered me the channel free for a month and then £9.99 thereafter. I told them it was only £7 last time I had it so they said I can have it for £7 again. NRL time!!

It ceased being free on Virgin at the end of Feb. It is now £7.99 a month. For 8 NRL games a week plus The Footy Show and State of Origin it is brilliant value.

It's half the cost of a months phone line rental with virgin, well worth the spend. I've had to delete a load of the kids films just to make space for the NRL series link that'll swamp the tivo.

Haha. My other half nearly had heart attack last night when I told her I'd be recording about 16 hours per weekend. Her face when 12 episodes of 'One Born Every Minute' got deleted was fantastic.

I've just struck a deal with Virgin to get Premier Sports but they've reduced the cost of my existing package to cover that extra cost. The Missus will never know, BWHAHAHAHA.... Bwhahahaaaaa

It's amazing what happens when you moan about the crap internet and say you will move to sky, BT etc.

well if its 100 percent legal i apologise but i still don't believe sky would price them selves out of there own market.

It's nothing to do with sky it's an alternative to it. Look I'm not selling this thing or taking a cut in anything lol. I'm merely informing people that I've found an alternative that I think is pretty good and for me it saves £70 a month. It's not secret squirrel stuff anyone can go on a certain auction site and see for themselves.
