Been trying now for 2 days to buy tickets for the Leigh game online, every time I get to the checkout I'm redirected to a Latics site!!... Got fed up so decided to go down to the ticket office to get the tickets in person as even if I was able to buy on the phone or online by now I'd still have to queue up before the game to get the tickets which I didn't want to do.

When did they change the ticket office opening times from 9-5pm? I was positive that it was open 9-5.30pm! Nice of them to let us know!... Not only that, the bloody shutters were already down when I got there at 4.55pm. Not impressed. Probably won't bother going to the game now.

You'll be able to get the tickets on friday pre game.

I wanted to buy them in advance to get the £2 off, plus didn't want to be queueing at the ticket office on Friday before the match which was why I wanted to either buy online and have them delivered, or buy them in person today.

This is all I get every time I try to go to checkout.

I've picked up tickets before the game loads of times and never had to wait more than 2 minutes.

How do they make people aware though other than having the opening times on the web links for that particular match and the ticket office details in general?

Had to pay £2 booking fee for ordering on the phone plus call charges. They're a joke.

I ordered two tickets on Monday didn't charge me a £2.00 booking fee nor did they charge me postage. I must admit I was pleasantly surprised.

Website didn't work for me either. Kept saying 'Basket timed out' when I tried to pay. Wanted to do the new 'print at home' thing, to save collecting tickets.

E-mailed the club, and shortly afterwards someone phoned me and let me book over the phone, for collection. No booking fee or call cost. Good customer service there. But I did waste a lot time trying to make the web booking, very annoying.

Web booking worked well at Salford and Hull KR (both with 'print at home') and Hudds and Brad with pre-match collection. Wigan need to sort out their web booking, or people will just give up and not bother.

Told them on the phone that I'd been trying to buy online, they said there was a £2 booking fee for buying online when I new there wouldn't be. They still made me pay £2 for booking on the phone and said there was no way round it. Fooking liars.

There is a £2 fee online (as I bought my tickets today), but this is waived if you select the option to print your own tickets.

Is the free t-shirt offer an offer from the RFL or through Wigan directly?

Booked mine online no problem, used the print @home option so no booking fee,petrol money or call charges, tickets in my hand instantly, very impressed!

Club response is that Magic Tickets are on General Sale via Telephone or in person, members getting priority online though at the moment.

adverts on warriors site, with link and phone number to Warriors . Theres no mention of it on ticketmaster , so assume its just Wigan.
