If we can be clinical in attack and take our chances whilst not gifting Wire easy ball and field possession, plus defend like we did on Friday, I can see us nicking it, say 24-20. Discipline and kicking game are going to have to be spot on.

Head tells me that we are going to struggle to win this. Defense may well be awesome, but we lack a credible goal kicker and points will be hard to get. I hope i am wrong but its early in the season and we do have a few personel shortages. If we do lose lets not look for scapegoats and start a spate of mass suicides.

Hull wasn't great but the Hudds game was superb preparation for this match. We are at home and if Wire fancy making this a forward battle then based on the Hudds game that would be a mistake by them.

It's going to be close I think and the score will be fairly low. Could go either way. Wire will start slight favourites due to the quality that will be sitting in the stands at Wigan (with a full team out on the park we are going to take some stopping!) but I think the return of Sam could be crucial. I think home advantage will mean we just edge them out in front of a good crowd of 20,500.

I reckon Wire by one. If it comes down to it, I'd back Briers putting one over more than say Sam Tomkins.

We've bought a loss in my opinion if the last fortnight is anything to go by. A win would be truly amazing though.

In all honesty and even though it pains me to say it I reckon Warrington by 6.
